From one of the oldest and most historic wineries in our country, New Hall Wine Estate is reinventing itself, with a new winemaking team and a huge focus on quality and the heritage from some of the oldest vines around, giving great concentration.
Produced from their heritage vines planted in the 1970s, this New Hall Wine Estate Pinot Noir Rosé 2021 is the epitome of elegance. Subtle, classy and well-structured with rhubarb and redcurrant on the nose leading on to strawberry pavlova, white currant, strawberry leaf and a granite-like minerality on the finish. Superb length.
