Tasting Notes

Nuances of red pepper combine with hint of spice, white pepper and clove over deep, rich fruits. Full bodied and textured on the palate with rounded tannins, big fruit flavours and a spicy, persistent finish.

Andeluna is located in an almost 200 acres ranch above 1300 meters, in Gualtallary, Tupungato. The wines from this small region, coming from a very fresh area of Mendoza, offer a distinctive feature for its exceptional intensity in color, aromatic expression and structure.

Pre-fermentation cold maceration. A mixture of native and selected yeasts in stainless steel at 26°C. 3 months in French Oak, then aged in bottles for at least 3 more months.
