Founded in 1993 by winemaker John Hancock together with Robert and Robyn Wilson, owners of The Bleeding Heart and The Don in London, Trinity Hill has become a byword for quality and consistency. This wine boasts fresh fruit characters on the nose, including cherry and strawberry, combined with sweet spices. On the palate, the wine has soft, velvety tannins and will develop complex forest-floor and earthy characters with bottle age.
