In this tasting Jamie will be pairing up with Dylan York to explore the wines of Revana Estate founded by Dr Madaiah Revana.
Dr Revana started his career in growing great wine estates after a successful career in cardiology.
He founded his estates inline with his evolving drinking habits and interests.
Loving good Cabernet made him look firstly at Napa in 1997, to make terroir-driven Bordeaux styles. Secondly, after tasting fine Burgundy, he founded Alexana Estate in Oregon’s Willamette Valley in 2005, nodding his head here at Alsatian whites as well.
In 2008 he went a step further - developing Corazon del Sol in Mendoza to blend Argentine, Bordeaux and Rhone styles of wines into a highly innovative package.
