Terms and Conditions – The Online Wine Tasting Club Raffle

1. Promoter The raffle is promoted by The Online Wine Tasting Club ("the Promoter"), with its principal office at Unit K3, Cherrycourt Way, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 LU7 $UH

2. Raffle Name and Purpose This is a raffle (society lottery) run for the benefit of The Online Wine Tasting Club to support its activities.

3. Eligibility

• The raffle is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only.
• Entries are not open to employees, officers, or immediate family members of the Promoter, or anyone professionally connected with the organisation or administration of the raffle.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

4. Entry Methods Paid Entry (Online): Tickets can be purchased via the official raffle website/page at the stated price. Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, please send a postcard or sealed envelope with your full name, address, telephone number, email address, and the words “Online Wine Tasting Club Raffle Entry” to: Unit K3, Cherrycourt Way, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4UH All postal entries must be received by 17th June 2026. Only one entry per person via post.

All entries (paid and free) will be entered into the same draw and treated equally.

5. Entry Period The raffle opens on 3rd June and closes at 23:59 on 17th June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

6. Tickets and Pricing

• Each ticket costs £1, £22 for 25 tickets £40 for 50 tickets, or £75 for 100 tickets
• There is no limit on the number of tickets one person may purchase, subject to availability.
• Tickets are non-transferable.

7. Prizes The prizes are as described on the raffle page. Prizes have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged or transferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for any taxes or costs associated with claiming or using the prize (where applicable).

8. Draw The draw will take place on or before 18th June 2026 using a random number generator or other fair random selection method. The draw will be supervised by an independent person where possible.

9. Winner Notification Winners will be contacted using the email or telephone number after the draw.

10. Claiming Prizes Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and age. Prizes will be shipped on 18th June 2026.

11. Publicity By entering, winners agree to their name and  photograph being used in publicity materials relating to the raffle, unless they request otherwise.

12. Data Protection Personal data collected will be used only for the administration of this raffle and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR). Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for running the raffle.

13. General Rules

• Entries are non-refundable.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the raffle due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or for any technical issues.
• This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and any relevant local authority registration.

14. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
