Why us?

The Online Wine Tasting club is not just about tasting wine.

We are here to get you wine confident by teaching about the hows and whys of wine.

Each month we host two wine tastings, one for those just starting out on their wine journey and one for people who are already pretty confident but want to dive deeper.

By joining our club you’ll not only get to taste six fantastic new wines from around the world each month, but you’ll gain wine knowledge that will guide you the next time you go out to eat with friends or visit your local winery.

Everything about this service is brilliant... Jamie and Alex are thoroughly watchable, completely non-stuffy and it's fabulous fun to tour the world with them in search of the grape. I have to say, it really is so much fun!

FAQs

If you're unsure which membership level is best for you, ask yourself these three questions;

- Is Rioja a grape or a region?

- What makes a pink wine pink?

- Am I confident and comfortable with picking a new wine off a wine menu or at the local winery?

If you know the answers to the first two questions and your answer to the third was yes, then you're probably best suited to our Adventurer membership.

If you don't know the answers and you answered no the the third then you're probably best suited to our Discoverer membership.

No! You don't even need to watch at all; if you just want to discover some new delicious wines, we include a tasting booklet with details of all your wines.

If you aren't able to join the live tasting, our videos are available on our YouTube channel for you to enjoy at your convenience.

We repack the finest bottles of wine, under protective inert gas, into our unique ecoSIP packaging, which weighs just a few grams, and produces far less CO2 than a glass bottle. Our process was created by us and has been approved by some of the world's largest wine companies as capable of preserving the wine's unique and subtle flavours.

Yes! Our mailing boxes are made from recycled cardboard, our cartons from sustainably-sourced paper and can be recycled practically everywhere.

Our 2.5 gram flexible ecoSIP pouches are made from Aluminium, bonded to a very thin conformal layer (exactly like a can) which is separated in the usual aluminium recycling process. Just check with your local council to see if they accept aluminium foil in your regular collections, or if you need to take it to the local recycling site. Or save them up and send them back to us and we'll recycle them for you!

Our tasting packs have been specially designed to fit in a standard UK sized letter box, therefore you don't need to be in to accept the delivery.

If your letterbox is smaller than the average large letter, your tasting kit may be redirected to your local sorting office if you are out.

We are unable to arrange redeliveries or redirections on your behalf.

When you join our club you will be charged straight away for your first months membership. Subsequent payments will made on the 1st or the 10th of each month.

Discoverer subcriptions are paid on the 1st and Adventurer on the 10th of each month.

If you have chosen a different payment frequency you will be charged on the 1st or 10th of each month inline with membership format you have chosen.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@towtc.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@towtc.co.uk
