Which membership level should I join?
Our Discoverers level is for people who enjoy wine but know little about the hows and whys of wine. This is a great introductory level where we try not to use a lot of technical jargon whilst getting you comfortable with the technicalities of wine.
Our Adventurers level is for people who are fairly well versed in wine. It's a great level for those studying wine or those who know more than the average but want to dig deeper into the technicalities of wine. You'll find more wine jargon in these tastings.
When will I receive my first tasting kit?
Our cut off date is the 5th of each month. If you order before the 5th you will receive your first pack in the same month. If you order after the 5th, your first pack will arrive the month after but you wont be charged in that second month. Essentially orders after the 5th of each month act like a pre-payment for the following month
Is there enough wine to share or should I get two packs?
Our wine kits come with 6 100ml wine samples which is enough for two people to share.
Of course if you're hoping to be a little bit tipsy by the end of your tasting, we advise you to get two!
I'm not ready to join the club, can I do a one-off tasting?
Absolutely, simply check out the "Tasting kits" section of our site.
Can I pause my membership
Yes! You can pause your membership at any time and resume whenever you're ready.
Can I skip a month in my subscription?
Yes you can! If you feel as though your tasting packs are piling up in your fridge, you can skip as many as 3 months before receiving your next tasting.
How do I find the link to the live show?
To join us, point your phone or tablet’s camera at the QR code provided in the booklet which comes with the tasting packs. You can also search on YouTube for The Online Wine Tasting Club.
If I miss the live show, can I still watch it on catch up?
Absolutely, once the live show is over, the exact same recording is posted on YouTube for you to watch at your own convenience. We typically upload the video straight after the live event.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we cannot ensure our packages arrive in a timely fashion or in great condition when we ship internationally and so this is not something we're able to offer at the moment.
My pack has arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your pack has been delivered damaged, lost or stolen please contact customer service via info@towtc.co.uk.
Please include your full name and email address so that we can easily locate your order.
