Oastbrook Estate Vineyard, Sparkling Rosé 2015

Deep Cherry red rose develops  a splash of  fruits and flavours of cherries and blackberries, herb, spice and dried Orange peel; it has refreshing strawberry aromas with notes of brioche ,  which become accentuated after time in the glass with a long fresh finish.
