ouloufakis produce wines of extraordinary character and personality applying modern methods with state-of-the-art technology. Their story began win 1930 when Dimitris Douloufakis established the winery in the village of Dafnos, Crete. His business is today run by his grandson Nikos, who studied oenology in Italy and has renewed the superior quality of the wines from his own vineyards. These vineyards, located on hilly slopes at an altitude of 350m cover 30 hectares and are planted with Vilana, Vidiano, Muscat of Spina, Malvasia, Mandilari, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Liatiko, Kotsifali, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, and Syrah. 

Attractive light pink colour with onion skin nuances.  Red fruits and star anise.
