Tablas Creek is a pioneer of California’s Rhone movement. Founded in 1989, it is the culmination of a friendship between two of the international wine community’s leading families dating back to 1967: Perrin and Haas. An appealing nose of anise, brioche, beeswax, petrichor and jasmine. The palate is pretty, showing flavours of ripe pear and chalky minerals, with a finish of wildflower honey, a sake- like sweet minerality, and a little hint of sweet oak.
