Individual lots were fermented and aged in both barrel and stainless-steel tank before blending, lending to a bouquet of fresh citrus fruit, pineapple, and wet stone framed by warm baking spice aromas. Light to medium in body and refreshing on the palate, crisp flavours of grapefruit, lemon zest, lychee, and bouquet garni carry through the lasting finish.
