This is a lively dry blend from Ukraine’s Black Sea coast, uniting Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Rkatsiteli, Chenin Blanc, and Timorasso and Albarino. Grown on sandy-clay soils swept by maritime breezes, the grapes are hand-harvested and cool-fermented in stainless steel to create a bright, medium-bodied, bone-dry wine with vivid acidity. Founded in 2010 by Yevhen Shneyderis on the remote Beykush peninsula, the winery has become a beacon of Ukraine’s modern wine revival, proving that native-friendly varieties can thrive in this sunny, salty terroir. On the nose, expect green apple, white flowers, citrus zest, and light herbs; the palate is juicy with peach, a touch of tropical fruit, and a crisp, briny finish.
