Keep your calendar in a cool, dry place. In the list of wines included in your calendar box, you'll see a little star if you need to chill these before drinking – Green if it's a white wine (or the one sake!), pink for rosé and orange for the, yes, Orange wine.
If you've not used our ecoSIP tasting samples before, you pop the top left corner of the box and lift it up, exposing the corner of the Aluminium pouch. Hold the sample vertically and snip the corner off with a pair of scissors. Pour the wine into your favourite glass and enjoy!
