The wine is made from an equal 1/3rd split of each of the classic red grape varieties used in Provence Rosé. Grenache Cinsault, Syrah - the Syrah adds a nice texture and sophistication that allows the wine to pair well with food if wanted, whilst the red fruit characters of the Grenache and the freshness of the Cinsault make for a brilliant wine to sip alone in the sun! Made from certified organic grapes in a certified organic winery, by Maud and Matthieu, brother and sister with 7 generations of family experience in rosé making.
