Influenced by breezes off the Mediterranean coast, the area around Pomérols is cooler than much of the rest of the Languedoc. These cooling coastal breezes and sunny, warm climate ensure grapes ripen with the optimum balance between ripe fruit flavours, freshness and aromatics.
Each parcel of vines is chosen individually, based on flavour and ripeness, to capture the grape variety’s character in the finished wine. The red clay soils around the village of Pomérols also encourage richness and depth in the red varieties. These wines have a purity of fruit and an elegance that are hard to find at entry level and represent superb value.
