The eastern blocks of the estate vineyard range from 500 - 650 feet in elevation, and are composed of various volcanic soils.  Sheltered by trees, this section of the property benefits from a cool microclimate allowing the fruit more hang time, producing wines with an incredibly soft texture and high tone aromatics.
