Hi all, we're very sorry that this is a little late, but Alex has only just got back from holiday and Jamie's son has a broken collarbone, which has set us back! We then found some sound issues with the recordings we took of the barbecue itself... many apologies!

So... we're going to upgrade this from a pre-recorded video to a live tasting session on next Wednesday, 30th August, 8pm as usual!
