Skye's blend is named after the producer's eldest daughter. A refreshing blend with gooseberry, nettle and cream dominating the nose along with delicate hawthorn blossom.  The palate is rich and full with a clean finish. Dry and crisp with a balanced acidity and a true expression of the exceptional 2018 harvest.
