3 dishes with one wine from Alex and one from Jamie, who pairs it best.
Our menu is:
Starter: Beetroot Carpaccio with goat cheese and walnut
Main Course: Pork with mushroom-white wine broth, served with English garden peas
Dessert: Blood orange and white chocolate creme brulee.

IMPORTANT : Upon arrival, store your tasting pack in the Fridge.

*Quantities may be reduced when featuring high-alcohol drinks like Port. Any adjustments to the quantities will be communicated beforehand for each tasting.

You can either follow a QR code on the pack to view a 1-minute introduction to each wine.
Your tasting kit is also accompanied by a free follow-along, online wine tasting session on YouTube hosted by Award-Winning Sommelier Jamie Smith and Winemaker Alex Taylor or our special expert guests.
A link will be provided with your tasting pack and it can be joined live, or watched on catch-up.
All of our tasting packs are shipped via Royal Mail 'tracked 48' 2-4 days before the live tasting.
Your tracking reference will be emailed to you when your pack has been shipped.
Packs for 'On Demand' tastings are shipped within 2-3days of ordering unless stated otherwise.
